1. Who we are
melded ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Marcus Brathwaite, trading as melded, based in the United Kingdom. Our product is accessible at getmelded.co.uk. Contact: marcus@melded.uk
2. What data we collect
- Account information: email address and password (via Supabase Auth)
- Usage data: briefings created, agent interactions, feature activity
- Payment data: managed entirely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) — we do not store card numbers or payment credentials
- AI inputs: the business ideas and prompts you submit are processed via the Anthropic API to generate your briefings
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve melded's features
- To manage your subscription via Paddle
- To send product and account emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. Third-party processors
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Anthropic — AI processing of your briefing inputs
- Paddle — payment processing and subscription management as Merchant of Record
- Vercel / Lovable — application hosting
5. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any right, email marcus@melded.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Cookies
melded uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will notify you by email for material changes.
