1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using melded, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About melded
melded is an AI-powered venture intelligence platform that helps founders validate business ideas. It is operated by Marcus Brathwaite (trading as melded), United Kingdom.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments for melded subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a melded subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, and payment-related disputes. 4. Subscriptions
- Founder Monthly: £29/month, billed monthly, cancel any time
- Founder Annual: £249/year, billed annually
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel via your account settings or by contacting marcus@melded.uk.
5. Free trial / access
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer or scrape the platform; use melded to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; share account access; or attempt to circumvent security measures.
7. AI-generated content
melded uses AI to produce analysis and recommendations. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on melded's output.
8. Intellectual property
The melded platform, branding, and codebase are owned by Marcus Brathwaite. Your briefing inputs remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
melded is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated briefings or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, melded's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
